Franco and Mauro Bazzara

In 1999 the Bazzara brothers wrote their first book “Espresso: a Journey in the World of Coffee”, published in 2000. In 2004 they published the first book of their well-known trilogy, “The Espresso Coffee Production System”, which is now in its seventh edition, followed by “Coffee Tasting” in 2010 and “Italian Cappuccino Latte Art” in 2012, which won, in the same year, the SCAE World of Coffee prize “New Product of the Show”.

 

             

The Bazzara brothers are founding members of the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe and of Trieste Coffee Cluster, starters of the initiative TriestEspresso Expo, the only fair in the world entirely dedicated to espresso, and of Trieste Coffee Experts. They are advisors in historic associations of the sector, like Associazione Caffè Trieste and Gruppo Triveneto Torrefattori.
