Communication

For Bazzara, communication is synonymous with dissemination: the two brothers from Trieste have always been committed to disseminating the culture of quality Italian coffee all over the world.

They do this by making perfectly calibrated espresso blends available on the market to offer an extraction in the cup worthy of being defined as an Italian excellence and by making the creativity of the internal communication department available to all distributors to implement advertising campaigns both on paper and in the media digital.

In addition to the espresso blends, however, there are also a series of interesting initiatives that support their activity as roasters.

In the video it is possible to hear the words of the representatives of some of the companies which for many years have supported the initiatives aimed at spreading the culture of quality coffee both in Italy and abroad and which today make sure that the Trieste company is even seen as one of the best communication agencies in the sector. The first of these initiatives was the launch of a editorial project which today consists of three volumes recognized as reference texts by both simple enthusiasts and professionals. Increasingly, in fact, Bazzara books are used as teaching tools in the training courses of numerous coffee schools around the world. This is accompanied by a vast video production: Master Barista, for example, is a series thanks to which young baristas can acquire the tricks of the trade and also delve into the world of Latte Art, so as to be able to offer a cappuccino that is as much a joy for the palate as for the eyes. While the Italian Coffee Icons format tells the story of the protagonists of the Italian coffee sector – how their passion for coffee developed and what made it possible to reach the milestones of entrepreneurial success. But we cannot fail to mention the Trieste Coffee Experts, the summit organized by Bazzara which every two years (the fourth edition is already scheduled for September) brings together the protagonists of the world of Italian coffee in the Julian capital with the intent to create a network by facilitating the creation of new synergies between companies and to identify shared solutions to face the challenges presented by the markets. It is therefore not surprising that important entrepreneurial realities continue to support these initiatives in order to achieve the common goal of spreading all-Italian excellence throughout the world.
