What is Trieste Coffee Experts
Trieste Coffee Experts is an event organized by Bazzara which, through discussions between the leading experts in the Italian and international coffee world, aims to create a network and create new tools and strategies for disseminating the culture of quality coffee with a analysis of its future.
Location
Trieste, city of the Barcolana. Trieste, the Italian capital of coffee. Two days of speeches and discussions held both in the Bazzara headquarters and in the marvelous rooms of the Savoia Excelsior Palace Hotel in Trieste, overlooking the sea, giving all the speakers and guests a taste of our beautiful city.
Mission
The main objectives of the Trieste Coffee Experts are to discuss the main problems of the Italian coffee reality, the novelties of the national and international market, but above all to identify the best strategies to face together the challenges that the sector presents, countering the great fragmentation of associations that check on the territory.
The Coffee Character Award is presented at each edition, an award to the person who has most distinguished himself in the coffee sector.
